Requirements:
--- Responsible for accounting areas such as accounts payable, bank reconciliation etc; --- Follow up daily tax related issues, including tax filing and payment of the contract for the record, withholding taxes, such as annual liquidation work; --- Responsible for tax-related expenses, procurement cost and reimbursement documents review and filing; --- responsible for the invoice management issues, including the invoice recipients, issuance, verification and certification etc; --- In charge taxation, statistics and monthly tax declaration data and reports preparation, ensure the submission of regular tax declaration in a timely and accurate manner; --- Collecting related of accounting regulations, tax policies, procedures and the company tax incentives and tax-related information, Maintain company daily relationship with the corresponding tax authority; --- Cooperate with the financial manager to formulate the company's overall tax planning, and promote and implement of the project; --- Responsible for fixed assets management and yearly stocktaking audit; --- Follow up company's income tax final settlement and annual audit; --- Conduct the monthly closing and follow up related financial data archiving, booking filing; --- Prepare daily general ledger booking in system, provide the required reports to external government institution regularly; --- Business License issues: renew business license, organizing institution code license; --- Other tasks assigned. Qualifications: --- Bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or Tax related field; --- At least 2 years accounting experience in foreign company or joint venture Company; --- Familiar with daily tax declaration, tax planning and tax related business; --- Familiar with the national laws, regulations and financial tax policy and relevant accounting treatment method, working experience of Taxation in production enterprise is preferred; --- Strong tax planning with cost management, risk control and financial analysis and problem solving skills; --- Qualified Medium Level Accountant is preferred; --- Skillful to use Office software and accounting e-system(kingdee; Sega50); --- Fluent in English(both written and oral) Excellent Cantonese is preferred; --- Responsive, good communication, good coordination and organization skill; --- Passionate and will learning; --- Strong execution and team player detail oriented, be able to work under pressure.
